Our secret to having a crazy weekend
The weekend is coming, and there is no way we are not going to celebrate the weekend! And to do so, there is nothing better than sharing with you the recipe for the weekend snack, banana bread! And as a gift, we are showing you a little tip on our site. Let's go!!!

This banana bread is a recipe improved over the course of trials to try to reduce fat and sugar as much as possible. Because yes, we still have the goal of fitting into our Tilda pants this spring!
For this recipe you will need:
- 3 or 4 very ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 40g sugar
- 70g butter
- 250g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Start by mashing the bananas with a fork or a blender. This time we mixed well to avoid lumps but it's also very good with it!
Mix the eggs and sugar in a salad bowl, then add the flour, melted butter, sachets of yeast and vanilla sugar.
Add the banana puree to the mixture.
For a more indulgent version, don't hesitate to add pieces of chocolate bar!!!

Pour the mixture into a cake dish that you have buttered and floured. For a little decorative touch, you can add small pieces of banana on top.
Bake at 180°C for 35-45min.

Stick a knife into the cake to check if it's cooked. If the blade comes out clean, your banana bread is ready!
